This is one of the first drawings I made that I have ever been completely satisfied with. I think that what made these successful was that I allowed myself to have a bit of a naive and curious spirit while working. I didn’t sit there and try to force a drawing out of myself, but worked in a bit of a silly way, asking myself “what would it look like if I tried this?” “Or this?” “Or that?” I let go of trying to predict what the drawing should look like, and just let it be what it wanted to be. In this way, I came out on the other end A LOT less stressed, and with a drawing doesn’t feel forced.
